We've Got Moxie!
Our cupcakes are made fresh from scratch every morning from the finest ingredients, including organic fair-trade cocoa, organic bittersweet Belgian chocolates, European sweet cream butters, and pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean. We use as many local products as possible, including Hudson Valley dairy and eggs, pure NY State maple syrup, fresh honey, and fruits and vegetables when available. We believe you can have beauty, great flavor and the deliciously comforting taste that can only come from premium all natural ingredients. From the beginning, the community’s response to our passion and commitment in providing the Hudson Valley their first truly gourmet cupcake was evident. Our dedication was immediately recognized with an Editor’s pick as Best “Little Treat with Big Taste” in Hudson Valley Magazine’s prestigious “Best Of” issue, within 2 months of the shop’s opening. We were also chosen as Best in Show by Hello, Cupcake! author Alan Richardson at a high profile statewide cupcake contest.
